Trevor Neil

Trevor has been a trader for over 40 years and is Europe’s leading technical analysis expert.
He was the celebrated global head of technical analysis at Bloomberg LP for four years where he was responsible for training and technical analysis software development on the Bloomberg terminal.
Prior to that he was a very successful floor trader for Merrill Lynch, a Fund Manager at T-Capital and worked on the floor of LIFFE, giving short-term technical analysis support for a large group of arbitrageurs in the Bund pit.
He was a founding board member of The Society of Technical Analysts in London for over ten years. He managed a successful futures quoted fund for Union CAL Limited and, as a registered CTA in the US. He left Union CAL to join Bloomberg.
In 2004 he founded the BETA Group, offering consultancy to banks and funds around the world, as well as seminars to banking professionals.
Trevor has given in-house technical analysis trainings at most large institutions, seminars at many conferences and extensive work for Reuters.
He has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and has written articles published by leading financial journals.
In July 2010 he started trading a new hedge fund which he trades today.
Perry Kaufman
Financial Engineer, Systematic Trader
Perry J. Kaufman is a financial engineer, well-known for developing algorithmic strategies for the global equity and futures markets. Beginning as a “rocket scientist” in the Aerospace Industry, where he worked on the navigation and control systems for Gemini, Mr. Kaufman has applied his broad knowledge and experience in computers and technology to trading methods and risk analysis for institutional and commercial applications.
His expertise includes a wide range of applications, including short-term trading in cash and futures markets, market neutral strategies in equities and futures, FX carry, portfolio risk management, leverage overlays, and mutual fund timing. In addition to the development of unique price theories, the research process itself has resulted in closing the gap between theoretical and actual results, a necessary step in yielding robust trading models.
Among his clients have been major international commercial firms, large security houses, and a Central Bank. He developed the first and most successful futures management program for Prudential-Bache; he established the research department and assessed corporate risk for other major Wall Street firms. As a partner in a mid-west farm management firm, he developed expertise in commercial hedging. Since 2000 he has worked with Cinergy Capital Proprietary Trading Group, Graham Capital Management, Mizuho Alternative Investments, and other financial institutions.
He develops quantitative investment strategies and partners with firms that use them.
The scope of his background gives him a unique understanding of the interaction of
complex market structures and investor needs.
Mr. Kaufman holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin (1965) and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology (2005).


Stefano Serafini
World Trading Champion
Well known for his first-place finish in the 2017 World Cup Trading Championships with a 217% real return, Stefano studied finance at University in Italy and has always had a dream to crack the markets – in many ways his dream came true.
Stefano’s experience includes working with volatility markets such as the VIX and options trading in Swiss asset management firms. He has moved to automated futures trading, testing every possible idea and discovering a lot of market bias and typical moves.
His prop strategy of option selling and future automation trading has captured the interest of many prop trading houses in London, where he works as an external contributor.
Stefano is recently studying longer time frame asset allocation trading rules and developing asset allocation models which merge together his experiences in order to achieve the best results in the market.
