Once your account has been created, you will be logged in.
You will be billed for the subscription you have purchased on a monthly basis for as long as you would like to remain subscribed to the platform and continue to build algos. If you would like to cancel your subscription you can do so from within the Trade View X platform.
Simply, login to Trade View X and complete the following steps:
1. Select “My Profile” from the bottom right of the Trade View X platform.
2. Click on the “Purchase” Tab.
3. Go to the subscription you want to cancel and click “Manage Subscription”.
4. You will then be shown the option to upgrade or cancel your subscription.
If you have any problems processing your subscription cancellation, please email support@tradeview.com.au so that we can assist you ASAP before your next billing date.
